4 x rye tortillas -- 12 cm
200 gr crayfish tails
3 tbl cream cheese
2 dl shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 tbl chopped green onions
1 tbl pickled jalapenos -- finely chopped
1 x clove garlic -- minced
2 tsp chopped fresh cilantro
Habanero sauce
Bake tortillas until golden brown. That takes about 5-8 min, owen on 200 degC.
While that is in progress, mix all the ingredients (half of the cheese) on a bowl using a spoon. Work it until all is evenly mixed.
Spread the crayfish mix on the tortillas. Cover with a layer of cheese. Put the owen on grill and cook until puffed and bubbly and the cheese looks melted and nice.
Top with habanero sauce and serve.
